The Higher Education on the Move network met on 15 December to share ideas and discuss the introduction of exercise and wellbeing courses.
Exercise Coordinator Jari Virtanen from Häme University of Applied Sciences (HAMK) presented their two courses, Liikunnasta hyvinvointia (‘Wellbeing from exercise’), 3 credits, and Liikuntatuutorointi (‘Exercise tutoring’), 5 credits. As the participants shared thoughts, it turned out that The Students on the Move programme and regional exercise organisations had encouraged higher education institutions to make use of their services in promoting an active lifestyle.
